These registration forms are due by Sept 1st to reserve your spot. A $25 payment will be due by September 15th to secure your spot.  Payment can be cash, check or money order made payable to Fleetwood Main Street Fair and can be mailed/dropped off during business hours to:

**There is no participation fee charged for non profit organizations. 

 

Participation fee will help with costs of supplies and promotional materials for the event.  The rest of the proceeds will be used for our scholarship funds which benefits 2 graduating seniors at Fleetwood Area High School and a donation to a chosen local non-profit.

We are also asking that you donate a $10 minimum value item to be used as a raffle prize throughout the day at the event. You may attach a business card or information about your organization to your prize. Donations should be dropped off at The Shop no later than Sept 25th.
